For 25 years, he has served as Editor-in-Chief of Plastics Review magazine and the Plastics Online portal (eplastics.pl). He is a president and driving force behind multiple industry organizations, an organizer of dozens of conferences, a creator of business awards and competitions, an author of industry reports, and a business consultant. He has led numerous trade missions for the plastics industry, including to the United States, China, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates. He also manages group purchasing systems for chemical raw materials and electricity, with an annual value of PLN 1.5 billion. He is the President of the Respect the Chemistry Foundation, which supports industry professionals facing health-related challenges.
