‘There’s a way to do it better-find it.’ – Thomas A. Edison
The heart of the company is the production that prints your packaging on two compatible ONYX UTECO flexographic machines.
Due to the Colour Quality system and our own Ink Formulation paint mixing laboratory, we ensure colour consistency with every print.
The BST system for automatic print control, together with a pressman, ensures the highest quality of printed packaging.
Cold Seal Application and Packaging Refinement
Due to innovative technologies, we give them a refined appearance:
By combining two or even three materials, using the appropriate adhesive, we are able to obtain multilayer high barrier films. We obtain not only greater mechanical resistance but also resistance to various external factors.
Perforation – allows air to be supplied to plants or excess water to be removed from the packaging. We can make perforations from 2 to 14 mm in diameter.
Laser cut – due to the precise laser cut, the packaging will be easily opened by your customer without having to reach for the scissors.
“…Innovation is the real driver of progress.” - Bill Gates
We set ourselves ambitious goals and are constantly raising the bar. That is why we have invested in a modern Research and Development Centre, which guarantees not only full safety of your product in our packaging, but also creates innovative solutions. Before the goods reach you, they will be subjected to meticulous research, testing and analysis, ensuring your business runs smoothly.
The BRC Certificate that we hold and actively use imparts peace of mind in our customers.
We offer a wide variety of pouches in different shapes, depending on your needs.
Our graphic designers will take care of the appropriate preparation of your file for printing.
We work with our customers from the earliest stage of design, taking an active part in the creation of the packaging. Thanks to this, our customers can be sure that the printed packaging will faithfully reflect the graphic design. We will also prepare a visualization of the packaging’s appearance and, after accepting the project, a digital proof.
