Marcelina Szweda

Head of the PDO Research and Development Centre. Graduate of Chemistry at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and Commodity Science – Quality, Environment and Safety Management at Poznań University of Economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection in the Enterprise and Quality and Safety and Risk Management in Food and Packaging Production. Her career is mainly focused on quality and environmental topics. Her projects focus on alternative structures to replace non-recyclable packaging. Science is her passion and acquiring knowledge is her DNA.
