Karolina Lechowska

She started her adventure with soft packaging 12 years ago in a flexographic printing house, where she was responsible for the implementation of difficult packaging, calculations and approvals with the customer. She is currently working at the Millano Group, a chocolate manufacturer, in the New Packaging Implementation Department. The company has three production facilities, whose machinery produces several hundred tonnes of finished product per day. This enormous scale allows it to be present on both the domestic and many foreign markets. It cooperates with partners from more than 50 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, Australia, Belgium or Mexico.
Ms Karolina actively participates in the purchasing process with a focus on the purchase of soft packaging, supervises the execution of orders and coordinates internal resources. In her daily work, she controls the timeliness and correctness of deliveries and deals with cost optimisation. Very familiar with printing techniques, specifics of technology and production of film packaging. Well-versed in industry trends, she is an expert in selecting and recommending the right packaging for the product and graphics. Privately – a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, she loves travelling, nature, biking, water and long walks.
