Dr. Lutz Frischmann is an experienced leadership and technology expert with a career spanning key roles across the coatings, pigments, and packaging ink industries. Beginning as Lab Manager at Akzo Nobel and progressing through leadership positions at Kronos and Heubach, he built and guided major R&D, production, and business units. Since 2014, he has held several global management roles at hubergroup, culminating in his current position as Global Product Director Flexible Packaging . His track record comprises wide experience in leading international teams, advancing product portfolios, and shaping technology driven business transformation.
