Founder and President of the Family Business Institute. Graduate of a foreign MBA, scholarship holder of the University of St. Gallen at the Center for Family Business and the University of Vienna. Owner of the consulting firm Lewandowska & Partners, she has been supporting family businesses for years in the field of development strategy, succession processes and change management. Member of the International Network of Strategic Advisors in Berlin and IFERA. Lecturer for MBA studies and numerous postgraduate studies.

Sharing her knowledge and experience, in addition to publications and congress speeches and the creation of practical tools for family business, she created the only platform in Poland for the exchange of ideas and business experience, the International Congress of Family Businesses.
