Andrzej Kifonidis

Vice President of Operations at PDO. He has over twenty years of experience in the production of flexible and thermoformed packaging as well as film manufacturing, including serving as Managing Director and Member of the Management Board at some of the largest Polish packaging manufacturing companies.

He has gained comprehensive professional experience through roles related to packaging production technology as well as managing the entire product manufacturing process. He is the creator of dedicated ERP-class software systems used to manage complete operational processes in manufacturing companies. He also acts as a consultant in the areas of process management and investment projects for SMEs.

He is a graduate of UKSW in Warsaw and holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from MANS in Warsaw. He is a Lean Management practitioner and a certified Lean expert at Green Belt and Black Belt levels.
