Adam Dudała

Adam Dudała was born in Kraków. In 1998, he moved to Wrocław, where he began his university studies. In 2003, he earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and in 2010 he completed postgraduate studies in Business Process Management, also at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

Since 2006, he has been associated with hubergroup, where he began his career as an IT specialist and currently holds the dual role of Managing Director and President of the company. Over the course of his career, he has gained in-depth knowledge of all areas of the company’s operations, including printing ink and coating production processes, sales, as well as assortment and financial management.

In 2020, he obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification, confirming advanced competencies in process optimization, quality management, and organizational efficiency improvement. He is also an expert in lean management and holds a SAT diploma. He regularly participates in industry conferences, continuously expanding his knowledge of the latest technologies and solutions.

Adam Dudała is highly regarded for his exceptional expertise, analytical mindset, and ability to solve even the most complex problems. Thanks to his charisma, decisiveness, knowledge, and experience, hubergroup has continued to grow dynamically and introduce further innovations, resulting in outstanding business performance. Since 2020, production in Poland has increased fourfold.

His primary objective is to make hubergroup the technologically leading company in the printing industry market.
