Marcin Kraus

Since 2001, he has been involved with the family company KRAUS FOLIE, where he currently serves as President. His experience covers a diverse range of business areas and his role has evolved as the company has grown.

From the very beginning, he has been responsible for key areas such as the acquisition of strategic customers, technology management, supervision of the production process and investment in the expansion of the machinery park.

For the past nine years, he has been managing the company in full. Despite this responsibility, I am also constantly involved in technological areas, which allows me to be an informed and active participant in the development of new solutions.

It also includes the strategic direction of company and product development. I am involved in the design of the majority of products and am also responsible for the development and implementation of innovative projects. Many of these initiatives have been commercialised, often with the support of European Union funds.

I specialise in film extrusion processes and the development of film solutions with sustainability and circular economy in mind. His work involves not only the day-to-day management of the company, but also the consistent pursuit of modernity and socio-environmental responsibility in the company’s operations.
