She devotes a great deal of attention and energy to building the organizational culture of a family-owned business. Creative and flexible in her daily work with the team, empathetic in relationships and effective in business discussions.
In the past, she was associated with the large pharmaceutical company GSK. She completed her studies in the United States and graduated with an MBA from Oxford Brokers University and the IBR Successor Academy in Poznan, among others. Continuous development is embedded in her DNA, which is why she has taken part in countless training courses in both industry, business, and personal development. Mother of three energetic, cheerful, creative children: Franek, Zosia, and Janek.
