A successor who has been building a close-knit and committed PDO team for over 10 years with great passion and success. In addition to creating and consistently implementing the company’s strategy and fulfilling its mission: to be a pioneer in the production of technologically advanced packaging, she devotes a lot of attention and energy to building the organisational culture of the family company. Creative and flexible in her daily work with the team, empathetic in relationships and effective in business discussions. In the past, she was associated with the large pharmaceutical company GSK. She completed her studies in the United States and graduated with an MBA from Oxford Brokers University and the IBR Successor Academy in Poznań, among others. Continuous development is embedded in her DNA, which is why she has taken part in countless trainings in both industry, business and personal development. Mother of three energetic, cheerful, creative children: Franek Zosia and Janek.
